毕业设计（论文） 题目：深圳市导游职业道德研究  深圳市导游职业道德研究 摘要 改革开放以来，中国旅游业默示出强劲的增添态势，取得了光辉的成绩，然而，长久而来旅游处事质量题目却成了中国旅游业的“癌症”。在整个旅游接待过程中，导游职业道德水平的高低直接影响旅游地的形象和接待服务质量，也是影响我国旅游业健康发展的重要因素。中国旅游业日益发展，但导游人员为取得自身最大利益而产生的道德失范行为使旅行社和游客的利益受损，导游的职业道德现状十分令人担忧。本文从导游的职业道德内涵出发，深入深圳导游职业道德存在的问题，分析导游在服务质量方面存在的不足，最后对如何提高导游人员的职业道德从加强导游的道德素质、提高导游的业务能力、建立完善的激励和约束机制、加大导游工作的监督力度等几个方面研究改善导游职业道德失范的对策。 关键词：导游；职业道德失范；对策 GUANGZHOU TOUR GUIDE OCCUPATION MORAL STUDY ABSTRACT Since the reform and opening up, Chinas tourism industry to show driving growth posture, has made brilliant achievements, however, long and to the tourist service quality problem has become Chinese tourism cancer.
