本科学生毕业论文 院系名称： 汽车与交通工程学院 专业班级： 交通运输0-1班 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二○一年六月 The Graduation Thesis for Bachelors Degree Traffic Safety Evaluation and Simulation of Highway Access Port in Urban-rural fringe Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2013-06·Harbin  摘 要 伴随着统筹城乡的不断推进，城市、农村之间不断发展，城乡结合部公路扮演了重要的角色。在城乡结合部公路的建设和两侧区域的土地开发和利用中，城乡结合部的接入口正越来越对道路的服务水平和安全状况造成关键性的影响。由于道路接入口在国内还没有明确的设计规范和准则，一定程度上造成了道路沿线接入口的无序建设和无章可循。目前，国内此类问题严重，尤其以城乡结合部公路更为突出，被称为“魔鬼路”，给人们生命财产带来了极大的威胁，引起政府部门的广泛关注。 为了减少城乡结合部交通事故，提高城乡结合部交通安全，通过人工调查的方法调查车速与车流量，并且进行数据处理得到，哈尔滨城乡结合部公路主线交通量较大，交通拥挤现象明显，通过计算提出同向接入口、对向接入口及接入口与平面交叉口之间的理论间距。通过调查得到实际间距。运用Vissim仿真对改善前后进行分析，与理论相对比，从而改善接入口间距，提高城乡结合部交通安全。 关键词：  ABSTRACT With the continuous advance of urban-rural balance, the economy between urban and rural areas grows in a great extent, and suburban highway plays an important part in it. These accesses endanger people’s life and possession. and attract many government’s attention.
