The Conferences list has three sections: Active conferences that are happening now Scheduled conferences whose start time has not been reached and conferences that reoccur, for example weekly conferences Ended conferences that have already finished and are not scheduled to reoccur 2) Click Add new conference under scheduled conferences You can have up to 200 conferences scheduled at any one time. The remote control buttons have the following meanings with auto attendant menus: UP or DOWN moves the blue cursor bar up and down to select a conference or auto attendant name RIGHT is used to select and join the highlighted auto attendant or conference LEFT is used to go back through the men
