精品论文 参考文献 锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的临床观察 广西桂林市中医医院创伤外科 广西桂林 541000 摘要：目的 分析锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位及锁骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2014年12月收治的144例锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各72例，其中对照组采用克氏针钢丝张力带进行治疗，观察组采用锁骨钩钢板进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果及手术情况。结果 观察组总有效率为100%，对照组总有效率为72.22%，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；观察组的手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间等均显著短于对照组，术中出血量及并发症发生率也显著少于对照组，差异具统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 针对锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位患者采用锁骨钩钢板进行治疗，效果确切，不会损伤关节表面，可有效促进病情恢复，改善预后，值得临床推广。 关键词：锁骨钩钢板；肩锁关节脱位；锁骨远端骨折 Abstract：Objective to analyze the clinical effects of clavicular hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and distal clavicular fracture.Methods retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 144 cases of distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation patients，which were randomly divided into observation group and control group，72 cases in each group，the control group using Kirschner wire and tension band for treatment，the observation group treated with clavicular hook plate treatment，compared two groups of patients with treatment and the effect of operation condition.Results：the total effective rate of observation group was 100%，control group total effective rate was 72.22%，the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）；to observe the operation time，hospitalization time，the fracture healing time were significantly shorter than the control group，amount of bleeding during operation and complications was also significantly less than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion treatment，aiming at the distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation with clavicular hook plate with definite effect，joint surface damage，can effectively promote the recovery of the disease，improve the prognosis，it is worthy of clinical promotion.
