精品论文 参考文献 长效干扰素联合恩替卡韦对乙肝的治疗作用研究 湖南旺旺医院 湖南长沙 410000 【摘 要】目的：研究长效干扰素联合恩替卡韦对HBeAg阳性 慢性乙肝患者的治疗作用。方法：试验对象：我院近年来收治的40例HBeAg阳性慢性乙肝患者。病人分组方法：随机数字表法。40例病人分为E组和C+E组两个组别。E组以单纯恩替卡韦治疗；C+E组长效干扰素联合恩替卡韦治疗。观察指标：（1）HBV-DNA转阴率；（2）ALT复常率；（3）HBeAg转阴率。结果：（1）C+E组相比于E组HBV-DNA转阴率、HBeAg转阴率更高，X2检验统计学差异显著，P＜0.05；（2）C+E组ALT复常率高于E组，X2检验统计学差异显著，P＜0.05；（3）治疗前两组肝功能相似，t检验统计学差异不显著，P＞0.05；治疗后C+E组相比于E组ALT改善更显著，t检验统计学差异显著，P＜0.05。结论：长效干扰素联合恩替卡韦对乙肝的治疗作用确切，可有效促进HBV-DNA、HBeAg转阴，促进ALT复常，改善病人肝功能，值得推广。 【关键词】长效干扰素；恩替卡韦；乙肝；治疗作用 [Abstract] Objective：To study the effects of interferon combined with entecavir in treatment of patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B. Methods：40 cases of HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B patients were admitted in our hospital in recent years. Patient grouping method：random digit table method. 40 patients were divided into two groups：group E and group C+E. E group by simple entecavir therapy；group C+E interferon combined with entecavir treatment. Observation index：（1）the negative rate of HBV-DNA；（2）the recovery rate of ALT；（3）the negative rate of HBeAg. Results：（1）+ e group in Group E HBV-DNA negative rate，HBeAg negative conversion rate higher than，X2 statistical significant difference，P lt; 0.05；（2）+ e group ALT recovery rate is higher than that in Group E，X2 statistical significant difference，P lt; 0.05；（3）in the treatment of liver function in the former two groups of similar and t-test statistical difference was not significant（P gt; 0.05）；after treatment + e group in ALT in E group improved more significantly compared. T test statistical significant difference，P lt; 0.05.
