城市休闲消费空间研究—以上海为例 宁越敏 华东师范大学中国现代城市研究中心 上海 中国 [摘要] 伴随着工业生产由福特制向后福特制过渡,西方国家开始步入后工业化 社会。物质的丰盛和收入的提高,使人们消费的内容由物质扩展至服务,消费的 对象由使用价值上升至符号价值,由此带来休闲消费和创意产业的崛起,传统商 业空间逐步被后现代消费空间所取代。在全球化的影响下,后现代消费空间也逐 步成为发展中国家城市空间的重要组成。本文通过研究上海三大知名休闲街区: 衡山路、新天地和田子坊,说明后工业时代符号经济影响下的中国大都市休闲消 费空间的特点及其分布。 [关键词] 休闲消费空间 衡山路 新天地 田子坊 Research on Urban Leisure Space: a Case Study of Shanghai Ning Yuemin Qian Xuemin The Center for Modern Chinese City Studies East China Normal University Shanghai, China [Abstract] The transition from Fordism to Post Fordism has made the western world enter into the post-industrial era. With diversity of products and increase of income, people consume not only materials but also services. The object of consumption shifts away from a total focus on use values to issues of sign values. As a result ,leisure consumption developed quickly and creative economy has played an important role in urban economy. As for urban spaces, traditional business areas have been replaced by modern consumption spaces. Under the influence of globalization, the metropolises in developing countries such as China have experienced the similar change. Taking Hengshan Road, Xin Tian Di and Tian Zi Fang, three widely-known leisure spaces in Shanghai, as examples, this paper analyzes the characteristics and spatial distribution of urban leisure consumption spaces in the city emerging symbolic economy.
