卒中与神经疾病 2007 年 8 月第 14 卷第 4 期 ·2 17 · 脑膜癌病的临床特点及脑脊液检查对其诊断 的重要意义 邱雯静 　杨 　欢 　杨 　乐 　李 　艺 　梁静慧 　邓茂林 　赵海婷 　肖　波 　　【摘要】　目的　探讨脑脊液检查对诊断脑膜癌病的重要意义 。方法 　对 22 例脑膜癌病患者临床资料进 ( ) 行回顾性分析 。结果 　22 例脑膜癌病患者中男 15 例 ,女 7 例 ,45 岁以下 6 例 ,平均年龄 53 . 2 1 ±8 . 67 岁 ,临 术及病理学诊断 11 例为肺癌 ,3 例为胃癌 ,2 例乳腺癌 ,1 例为恶性淋巴瘤 ,5 例来源未明。结论 　脑膜癌病为 恶性肿瘤颅内转移的特殊形式 ,多以头痛为首发症状 ,脑脊液细胞学检查找到癌细胞是诊断脑膜癌病的金标 准 ,多次复查细胞学有助于早期确诊 。 【关键词】　脑膜癌病 　脑脊液检查 　脑脊液细胞学 【中图分类号】　R739 . 4 　【文献标识码】　A 　【文章编号】(2007) 0402 1703 The clinical characteristics of meningeal carcinomatosis and the importance of CSF in diagnose 　Qi u Wen j i ng , Yang H uan , Yang L e , et al .
