精品论文 参考文献 预冲式导管冲洗器与肝素钠生理盐水用于静脉BD留置针封管效果比较 崇州市人民医院 四川崇州 611230 【摘 要】目的：比较预冲式导管冲洗器与肝素钠生理盐水用于静脉留置针封管效果。方法：将200例外周静脉留置针输液的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组102例，对照组98例。观察组病人应用美国BD医疗器械有限公司生产的5ml福徕喜预充式导管冲洗器进行冲封管，对照组病人应用临时配置的50u/ml肝素钠生理盐水液进行冲封管，比较两组病人在静脉BD留置针留置时间、回血堵管及静脉炎发生率。结果：观察组病人与对照组病人在BD留置针留置时间基本一致，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组病人在回血堵管、静脉炎发生率明显优于对照组病人，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：预冲式导管冲洗器应用于静脉留置针冲封管安全有效，较肝素钠生理盐水液有实际的临床优势。 【关键词】BD静脉留置针；预冲式导管冲洗器；肝素钠生理盐水；封管液 [Abstract] Objective：To compare the precharge catheter douche with heparin saline for intravenous indwelling needle tube sealing effect.Methods：200 cases of peripheral intravenous indwelling needle were randomly divided into observation group and control group，102 cases in the observation group，98 cases in the control group.The observation group of patients using the United States BD medical instrument limited company to produce 5ml Fu Lai Xi prefilled catheter flush device for punching sealing tube，control 50u/ml heparin saline solution group patients were washed temporary configuration sealed tube，compare two groups of patients with indwelling time of the needle in the vein of BD，blocking the incidence of blood return pipe and phlebitis.Results：the patients in the observation group and the control group of patients in the BD indwelling time is basically the same，there was no statistically significant difference（P gt; 0.05），the observation group of patients plugging in the blood，the incidence of phlebitis was significantly better than the control group patients，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）Conclusion：The application of the pre flushing catheter flushing device is safe and effective in the venous indwelling needle，and has the actual clinical advantage compared with the saline solution.
