moldflow软件优化塑料注射模的 应用初步 作者姓名： 专业名称：机械设计与制造 指导教师：  摘要 本文介绍了Moldflow软件在模拟流动过程中的操作过程，并通过实例说明Moldflow流动模拟过程的应用情况。 现代设计中，CAD/CAM已经成为一种经常被使用的工具，但CAE却不如CAD/CAM普遍，一般将注射过程在压力下的填充到冷却至室温时的翘曲。注射成型过程中，塑料在型腔中的流动和成型与材料性能、制品形状尺寸、成型温度、成型速度、成型压力、成型时间、型腔表面情况和模具设计等一系列因素有关。因此对于新产品试制或是一些形状复杂，质量和精度要求比较高的产品，即使经验丰富的工艺和模具设计人员，也很难保证依次成功的设计出合格的模具。所以在模具设计之前，采用Moldflow对产品进行依次分析，可得出合理的工艺参数和模具结构，有利于提高模具的依次试模成功率，降低成本，提高质量，缩短制模周期，提高企业竞争力。尽管应用Moldflow有不可估量的优点，但遗憾的是仅有一小部分公司采用，不过CAE技术应用却在逐渐扩大。 关键词:Moldflow 注射模 注射成型工艺 软件优化 模流分析 Abstract This paper introduces the simulation flow Moldflow software in the process of operation process, and using an example to illustrate the application of Moldflow flow simulation process. Modern design, CAD/CAM has become a is frequently used tool, but less CAD/CAM/CAE generally, generally will injection process under pressure to cooling to room temperature filled the warp. The injection molding process, plastic in the flow and forming mold with materials properties, products shape size, molding temperature, molding speed and moulding pressure, molding time, cavity surface condition and mold design and so on a series of factors. Therefore, as for new product trial or some complex shape, quality and accuracy is higher products, even experienced technology and die design personnel, also hard to guarantee the success of design in a qualified mould. So in the mold design, using Moldflow before tests for products can be made in analysis, reasonable technical parameters and die structure, and to improve the success rate in mold testing molds, lower costs, improve quality, shorten the molding cycle, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Although application Moldflow have incalculable advantage, but unfortunately only a small fraction of these companies to adopt, but CAE technology application are gradually extending.
