摘 要 拨叉是推动滑动齿轮的，滑动齿轮上有一个环槽拨叉就骑在这个环槽里，当驾驶员推动变速杆时变速杆带动拨叉轴，拨叉轴带动拨叉，拨叉又推动齿轮从而达到变速，拨叉最容易磨损的地方就是拨叉和齿轮环槽接触的部位，因为齿轮在高速旋转而拨叉不转，拨叉磨损，或强度不够，可能导致齿轮挂不到位，而掉档，或拨叉断掉。 本文在对拔叉零件和机械制造加工工艺进行基本介绍之后，通过查找国内外汽车拔叉改进设计的相关文章，对原有的拔叉零件和工艺过程进行分析，找出零件工作过程中存在的缺点及危害，提出改进方法。变速拔叉的工艺流程重组设计是本文的重点，在深入分析原有工艺加工个的基础上，保留了原有的优点，对不合理的加工方法提出改进方法，并重新提出新的加工工艺。通过推行新的加工方法，提高零件的质量和寿命，使拔叉厂朝着低成本，高效益的方向迈进。 关键词：工艺流程重组 拔叉 低成本  The automobile speed change pulls out the fork technique of production flow design Student: Zongli Zhou Advisor: Dr. Zheng－Jun School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Zhejiang University of Science and Technology Abstract Forked plectrum part is one of the important components of the automobile gearbox, it is adopted extensively in drive and changing speed system of the automobile in order to transmit the speed and change the direction. The transmission fork is also in the automobile spare part development important link, the assembly quality , to the wrong direct reflection in complete bikess performance and the quality. The people highlight to automobiles safety performance request compared to any other professions， because dials the fork class components variety, the specification to be many，adds the management level to be backward, the cause production cost is high, the efficiency is low, therefore, it is necessary to study, the improvement to dial the fork class components production management, reduces the cost, raises the benefit. This article in after pulling out the fork components and the machine manufacture processes the craft carries on the basic introduction, through searches the domestic and foreign automobiles to pull out the fork to improve the design the thread, to original pulls out the fork components and the technological process carries on the analysis, discovers shortcoming which and harm in the components work process exists, proposes the corrective method.
