Presentation: identifying the words or filling in the blanks with given words Or match words with definitions/ synonyms/ pictures When presenting words, it will pay to put them into some kind of context as quickly as possible. It is easier to remember a narrative with words embedded in it, than to recall a list of de-contextualised words. 教学活动设计建议: 2. Practice: form meaning in new context For active study, choose high frequency words and better to introduce the words along with their commonly associated collocates. 4. As for production, according to the situation, thread them into a narrative so that they are more easily and naturally practised and more easily recalled.
