医学论文-中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变新生血管疗效观察 ????????????? 作者：邸平会 赵宁 孙瑞雪 王建仓? 【摘要】? 目的 观察中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变Ⅳ期新生血管的临床疗效。 方法 将74例患者随机分为2组，治疗组33例61眼，对照组31例58眼。2组均行全视网膜光凝治疗，治疗组同时加服滋阴凉血散瘀汤。观察2组患者视力变化及新生血管萎缩情况。 结果 2组患者视力变化于治疗1、3个月时无显著性差异，6、12个月时治疗组患者视力显著好于对照组（均P0.05）;2组患者新生血管萎缩情况3个月时无显著性差异，但治疗组患者的新生血管萎缩情况6、12个月时显著优于对照组（均P0.05）。 结论 中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变Ⅳ期，可更有效地使新生血管萎缩，防止或减少新生血管的产生，改善视力。 【关键词】? 激光凝固术;激光;糖尿病视网膜病变;新生血管;清热凉血中药;明目 　　 The effect of Chinese traditional medicine combine with laser on the treatment of new vessels of diabetic retinopathy??? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Chinese traditional medicine combine with laser on the treatment of new vessels of diabetic retinopathy on IV stage.Methods Patients with diabetic retinopathy were classified into treatment group and control group，the treatment group includes33patients with61study eyes and the control group includes31patients with58study eyes.Both groups were given same photo-coagulation treatment，the medicine of ziyinliangxuesanyutang was addit-ionally given to treatment groups patients.Results Ridit analysis showed that the visual acuity between the two group pa-tients had no statistical difference after one month and three month of the treatment respectively（P0.05），but the visual acuity of the patients in treatment group was statistically better than that of the control group patients after six month of the treatment（P0.05）and twelve month of the treatment（P0.05）.The analysis of new vessels had no statistical differ-ence between the two group patients（P0.05），but the analysis of new vessels in treatment group patients was statistically better than the control group patients after six month of the treatment（P0.05）and twelve month of the treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional medicine and laser had a better effect to treat new vessels of diabetic retinopathy on IV stage compared with the traditional laser treatment，it can effectively shrink the newvessels and pre-vent or reduce the presence of
