医学论文-Bax、Bcl-XL在骨关节炎软骨及滑膜中表达的实验研究 ???????????????????????? 作者：欧阳侃 王大平 熊建义 刘黎军 刘建全 【摘要】? 目的 探讨 Bax、Bcl-XL 基因在骨关节炎软骨细胞及滑膜中的表达及意义。方法 成年新西兰大白兔 24 只，根据文献采用石膏固定方法制作骨关节炎动物模型，用免疫组化、原位末端标记技术（TUNEL）等方法检测 Bax、Bcl-XL 在兔膝关节软骨细胞及滑膜中的表达和软骨细胞凋亡情况。结果在滑膜细胞中 Bax、Bcl-XL 的表达实验组阳性率高于对照组（P 0.01）；在软骨细胞中 Bax 的表达实验组阳性率高于对照 组（P 0.01）；实验组软骨细胞凋亡程度与 Bcl-XL 的表达呈负相关（P 0.05），与 Bax 的表达呈正相关（P 0.01）。结论 Bax、Bcl-XL 基因与骨关节炎发生发展有密切关系。 【关键词】? 骨关节炎；凋亡基因；软骨细胞；滑膜细胞 ??? 〔Abstract?
