建筑业产业发展与空气质量变化关系研究--以武汉市为例 - 1 - ——以武汉市为例 孙淑生，王世镇，刘丹*5 （武汉科技大学管理学院，武汉 430081） 摘要：分析武汉市建筑业产业发展与空气质量变化的现状，并对武汉市建筑业产业发展与空 气质量变化自 1994年至 2012 年的数据进行协整检验、建立误差修正模型，并进行 Granger 因果检验。结果表明，武汉市建筑业的发展是空气质量变化的 Granger原因，并且具有较强10 的影响力；而空气质量的变化对建筑业产业发展的影响作用并不明显。最后提出武汉市建筑 业企业在不断加速产业增长的同时，努力打造绿色循环建筑业；通过居民反馈—政府行政管 制的机制加强施工过程中环境管理，降低产业生产对环境的破坏的建议。 关键词：建筑业；空气质量；协整检验；Granger因果检验 中图分类号：F407.9；X513 15 Study on relation between the development of construction industry and air quality index: a case of Wuhan City SUN Shusheng, WANG Shizhen, LIU Dan (School of Management, Wuhan University of Science amp; Technology, Wuhan 430081) 20 Abstract: Analyzes the status quo of construction industry development and air quality index in Wuhan city, exerts the co-integration test, the error correction, the Granger causality test to the data of construction industry development and air quality index from 1994 to 2012. The results indicate that the construction industry development in Wuhan is the Granger cause to the bad air quality index and there is significant impact on air quality index. Whereas air quality index does 25 not produce so great influence on the construction industry development. Finally, the paper puts forward that the construction enterprises in Wuhan city in accelerating industry growth at the same time, efforts to create green circulation construction; Through the mechanism of feedback and government administrative controls to strengthen environmental management in the construction process, and reduce industrial production to the destruction of the environment. 30 Key words: construction industry; air quality index; co-integration test; granger causality 0 引言 自改革开放 30多年以来，中国的经济一日千里，建筑业产业作为国民经济中的支柱产 业之一，得到了前所未有的蓬勃发展，为社会提供大量的就业岗位，不断推动国民经济的快35 速发展的同时，也逐渐提高了国民的生活水平。武汉市作为中原经济圈的中心，集政治、经 济、文化、金融为一体，起到中原经济圈腾飞的龙头作用，特别是 1992年被确定为沿江对 外开放城市后，经济规模和综合实力不断增强。1992-1998年经济年均增长率达 16%，高出 全国、全省平均水平，连续多年位居“中国城市综合实力 50强”的第六位。武汉市的建筑 业行业也是紧跟政策的步伐不断壮大，2013年建筑业增加值 7
