摘要 本设计分析了固定支架零件的结构特点和冲压工艺特点，介绍了零件排样设计方案、模具的总体结构、主要零部件的设计等。该结构是一套包含冲裁、向下、向上的弯曲以及切断的5工位级进模，设计时对工序的布置进行了精细地考虑，解决了条料定位、导向、卸料、出件、优化模具结构、支架在成形过程中的偏移问题；通过控制成形模具的间隙和在凸模上增加应力的方法，控制了弯曲回弹问题，以保证零件的尺寸精度。零件的外形采用分级冲裁，充分考虑凸模的强度和加工的便利。该模具具有结构紧凑、工作平稳、操作简便、生产效率高的特点。 关键词　固定支架；多工位级进模；排样设计方案 Abstract On this project we have analyzed the characteristics of the fixed bracket components structure and the ramming craft, introduced the row of type design proposal of components, molds general structure and the main design of main parts etc….
