摘 要 变速器作为汽车传动系统的重要组成部分，其技术的发展，是衡量汽车技术水平的一项重要依据。21世纪能源与环境，先进的制造技术，新型材料技术，信息与控制技术等是科学技术发展的重要领域。这些领域的科技进步推动了变速起的发展。目前国内外的变速器熬向着自动变速器方向发展，有一半以上的交合和部分重型汽车上使用的是自动变速器。由于重型汽车需要发动机的载荷表较大，这就要求升速箱的设计向着低成本，体积小的方向发展，有利于能源的节约。 随着国内汽车市场的发育成长，变速器产品型谱逐步细化，产品的针对性越来越强，因此在保证现有变速器生产和改进的同时，要充分认识到加入WTO后良好的合作开发机遇，取长补短，同时更应认识到供方、买方、替代者、产品竞争者的巨大压力。要紧跟重型商用车行业向高档、高技术含量和智能化方向发展的趋势，要紧跟客车低地板化、绿色环保化、城市公交大型化的发展方向，开发和生产具有自主知识产权、适合我国国情的重型车用变速器。升速箱作为变速器的一种，它的特点是工作稳定，制造简单，工作效率高，能够很好的达到使用者的要求。现在很多升速箱作为实验台的一部分组成构建，它能够很好的完成实验所需要达到的要求，是一种需要开发和升入研究的装置。 关键词：重型汽车，变速器，升速箱，实验台。 Abstract Automobile transmission gearbox as an important component of its technology, automotive technology is a measure of the level of an important basis. 21st century energy and environment, advanced manufacturing technology, new materials technology, information and control technology is an important area of scientific and technological development.
