Surprisingly, despite the Toyota management model has been recognized and accepted worldwide, truly successful companies are not much. Therefore, this paper is about the use of TPS method in the enterprise, a detailed description of JIT production methods and Kanban managed method. And it also has a deeply discussion of management methods and the essence of the TPS, in order to achieve the complete elimination of inefficiencies and waste targets in production. Additionally, this article analyses the main reasons for the problems of the domestic enterprise applications TPS method, including the lack of understanding of TPS management, full participation and the incentive system,hoping to give the managers concerned with actual operational experience and help.
