She and Monica try to figure out the secret recipe, only to discover that they are Nestle Tollhouse cookies. Rachel tries to teach Joey to sail his boat; she turns into her Dad in the process. Chandler spends time with Mr. Geller, and keeps having embarrassing moments at the gym.
