TSLP、IL-13 在不同类型过敏性结膜炎患者眼表的表达摘要目的：探讨胸腺基质淋巴生成素（TSLP）、白介素-13(IL-13)在不同类型过敏性结膜炎 患者眼表中的表达，试图阐明 TSLP、IL-13 在不同类型过敏性结膜炎发病中的作用。 方法：采用前瞻性队列研究设计，选取 2013 年 5 月-2014 年 8 月在我院就诊的春季角结膜炎（VKC）患者 20 例（40 眼）、季节性过敏性结膜炎（SAC）患者 20 例（40 眼）、常年性过敏性结膜炎(PAC)患者 20 例（40 眼）、正常对照组 20 例（40 眼）。 在门诊做结膜刮片检查结果显示均有嗜酸性粒细胞的检出，并诊断为过敏性结膜炎的 基础上，所有受检者均做如下检测：取材自患者结膜细胞分别做免疫组织化学染色， 实时定量荧光 PCR（real-time PCR）检测，取受检者泪液做 Luminex(液相芯片技术) 检测。 结果：(1)免疫组化法染色方法结果显示，在这三组过敏性结膜炎组患者结膜细胞胞质 中均有棕褐色着染，而正常对照组中未见着染。(2)VKC、SAC、PAC 和正常对照 TSLP、 IL-13mRNA 相对基因表达量分别为：7.03±3.08、3.49±1.74、2.03±0.80、1.00±0.00； 6.44±0.66、4.35±1.26、2.39±0.86、1.00±0.00。VKC 的 TSLPmRNA、IL-13mRNA的表达明显高于 SAC 和 PAC，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。SAC 的表达高于 PAC， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。(3)泪液中 TSLP、IL-13 蛋白浓度检测结果为：VKC 组 48.91±7.45（pg/ml）、34.28±8.4pg/ml）；SAC 组 24.63±2.43（pg/ml）、23.77±6.29（pg/ml）；PAC 组 22.19±2.7（pg/ml）、17.67±4.28（pg/ml），正常对照组 均为 0.00±0.00(pg/ml)。VKC 的 TSLP、IL-13 蛋白浓度明显高于 SAC 和 PAC, 差异均有统计学意义（P0.01）,SAC 蛋白浓度明显高于 PAC，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论：TSLP、IL-13 作为重要的炎性因子不仅参与了过敏性结膜炎的发病，而且在不同 类型过 敏性结膜炎患者中眼表的表达均具有差异。 关键词：TSLP；IL-13；过敏性结膜炎； Luminex ；Real-time PCR The expression of TSLP、interleukin-13 on the eye surface ofpatients with various types of allergic conjunctivitis AbstractObjective:To investigate the expression of thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), interleukin-13(IL-13) in various types of patients with allergic conjunctivitis, and try to clarify the role of TSLP and IL-13 in various types of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods:A prospective cohort study was designed.
