AbstractIn recent years, intelligence analysis has become one of the core content of research on information science. In the real process of intelligence analysis, intelligence analysts and decision makers often only according the information of surface phenomena and false information to make a judgement.This kind of situation is easy to make judgement,the object and its result different from the real situation more or less.Therefore, deviation of the understanding of information will happen in all the process of intelligence analysis. As the subject of intelligence analysis, it is are the reason that the limitations of intelligence analysis staff’s cognitive make the problems of cognitive happen. And people’s psychological activity is a kind of cognitive activity.It contains both intelligence factors and nonintelligence factors. These two factors have their subjectivity and objectivity ,they are always have the mutual penetration and interaction with each other.Among the effects from the two factors,the nonintellectual factors have an important influence on intelligence analysis.This paper is divided into 5 parts:In the first part,the writer expounds the background and significance of this topic, the study of current situation in both at home and abroad,and the research methods and the innovation of this thesis; In the second part,it includes the related concepts and relationships of nonintelligence factors and intelligence analysis ,and the process of intelligence analysis; The third part discusses the positive and negative influence on which nonintelligence factors do to the process of intelligence analysis.In the fourth part,according to the negative effects which the nonintelligence factors do in information analysis activities, the intelligence analysis staff need to have a self-regulation,making the rational allocation of intelligence analysts better,also need to strengthen the training of psychological quality of intelligence analysis staff and any other thi
