AbstractWith the development of economy and further opening to the outside world. China, the mysterious and ancient country,has attracted more and more people’s attention from all over the world. The unique language which is Chinese enjoys great popularity by overseas foreign friends . A great number of overseasforeign students hascome to China to study here .Meanwhile, Great attention has been taken graduallyto teaching Chinese as a foreign language(TCSL).Anyway, phonetics study of Chinese is the foundation of Chinese learning and pronunciation errors are common phenomenon to the second language learner in the process of learning a second language, and how to avoid these errors, and how to correct the errors that they have produced, of course we absolutely cannot ignore the problems when we are engaged in teaching chinese as a foreign language (TCSL).This paper demonstrates language learning difficulties of Korea International students according to the questionnaire survey, to point out the weakpoints which Korea students have especially in tone, errors in pronunciation of the vowels and consonants phenomena, using the theory of error analysis to collected dataand to take appropriate teaching strategies to solve the problems.This paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is introduction, which mainly explains the significance of this study, its present development , as well as the introduction of this thesis that is involved in theory anddata content. Chapter II is based on the University Korea students after recording the voice of foreign students, then to repeat and listening their records again and again, respectively, from the toneof voice, vowels and consonants error analysis of theses three aspects. Chapter Ⅲ weare going to analyze the reasons that lead to speech errors. The fourth chapter provides us teaching suggestions and counter measures of Chinese phonetic acquisition, we sincerely hope it will take great effort and helpfulto our pronunciat
