AbstractAlong with the further economic reform in China in recent years, countries have gradually reduce spending on infrastructure of state-owned capital, introducing market competition mechanism, realize the diversification of investment, to improve the efficiency of construction and operation of infrastructure, to lower the price of social services, it also makes the outside financial fund of various types of capital facing opportunities for more investment in infrastructure, and then using a variety of channels, including BT mode, to participate in infrastructure construction.From the point of BT model ’ s practical application, this paper gives the way tosolve the problems such as type selection of BT model, division of rights, responsibility and profit of each subject, treatment of key nodes in BT model and so on. Firstly, four main BT models are given. Their characteristics, advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and their own scopes of application are given. Based on this, the method of decision tree to select proper BT model is put forward which firstly gives proprietors the appropriate selection method of BT model. Secondly, the rights and responsibility of proprietor and investor in every node are analyzed. According to the operation characteristics and differences of each BT model, the suitable relationships of rights and responsibility for different BT models are obtained, and the distribution of rights and responsibility is listed. The relationship of profit is expressed clearly too. This can be applied in practice more easily. And then, as there are many disputes appearing in practice, the key nodes are given which should be paid more attention to by proprietor and investor. Finally, with the actual case of Beijing Yizhuang subway which is a BT project, the study results above are verified.
