保利地产存货管理存在的问题及对策研究 专业：会计学 学生：刘纯 指导老师：刘敦虎 摘 要 随着城市化进程的加快与住房制度改革的推进，我国的房地产行业发展非常迅猛，积极促进了我国国民经济的发展，有效改善人们居住的条件。并且，房地产在现代社会经济生活中有着举足轻重的地位。与此同时，这也引发了投资规模过大，房价持续攀升，供求关系得不到平衡等一系列问题的出现。最近几年，受到国内宏观政策调控、全球经济动荡以及金融政策收紧的影响，房地产行业为生存发展而急需解决的现实问题，无疑便成了现存的房产存货问题。本文通过对房地产存货的含义和影响因素进行分析，同时结合当前保利地产的存货现状，凸显了存货管理在企业中的重要性，以及房地产存货对我国国民经济的利弊，概述了保利地产在存货管理中所存在的问题。接着，根据所述的问题提出了一些相关对策及建议，希望能够对房地产企业存货管理和发展带来积极的影响。 关键词：存货 保利地产 管理问题 Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Poly Real Estate Inventory Management Major: Accounting Student:Liu Chun Supervisor: Liu Dunhu Abstract With the advancement of the reform of the housing system and speed up the process of urbanization , the development of Chinas real estate industry is very rapid , and actively promote the development of China s national economy, improve peoples living conditions . Also, real estate plays an important role in modern social and economic life . At the same time , it also led to the emergence of large -scale investment , rising prices , supply and demand are not balanced range of issues . Influence in recent years , the domestic macro-economic control by the global economic turmoil and the tightening of monetary policy , the real estate industry for the survival and development and the urgent need to solve practical problems , no doubt became existing property inventory problems.
