建筑施工企业财务管理之我见 　　【摘 要】随着社会主义市场经济的进一步发展,建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈,建筑施工企业要想在竞争中立稳脚跟,在市场经济的大环境下生存、发展和壮大,就必须重视企业的有效管理。财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,直接关系到企业的生存和发展。当前,“企业管理以财务管理为中心,财务管理以资金管理为中心”的观念已成为共识。搞好财务管理工作,对建筑施工企业抓住机遇、提高竞争能力、实现企业目标、促进企业可持续发展具有重大的现实意义。本文分析了当前建筑施工企业财务管理工作中存在的问题,着重提出了加强建筑施工企业财务管理的对策:树立财务管理的新理念,加强财务管理的基础工作,完善内部财务管理制度,提高财务管理的效率,努力增强企业的盈利能力,促使企业价值最大化的实现。 　　【关键词】建筑施工企业;财务管理;企业价值最大化;目标成本控制 　　Construction Financial Management in construction management enterprises 　　Xu Li-rong 　　(Taiyuan City Vocational College Taiyuan Shanxi 030006) 　　【Abstract】With the further development of socialist market economy, an increasingly competitive construction market, construction enterprises are to a stable foothold in the competitive neutrality in the market economy environment to survive, develop and grow, we must attach importance to the effective management of enterprises .
