The Spirit of Exercise——What exercise can bring us Voltaire once said that life exist in exercise, indeed, exercise can enrich our lives more than anything else. There are many type of exercise, the most common ones are basketball, football, tennis, table tennis, swimming and a lot of others that I can not possibly name. Different people prefer different sports for different reasons. However, what is the spirit of exercise? I reckon that what the exercise can bring us is the spirit of exercise.1Health A healthy body is necessary for everyone. Only by keeping ourselves healthy and fit can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working. To keep ourselves fit, physical exercise is the best way. Taking part in outdoor sports, we are closer to nature and can take in fresh air. The beauty of nature will keep us clear-headed, which is essential to our health. Besides, exercise stimulate the circulations of blood and help to excrete the wastes in the body. Exercise can also work up our appetite and activate our digestion. As a result, we can become strong-bodied.2 Sometimes, exercise can bring us happiness. If you are feeling down, exercise may help pick you up. One review of studies found that exercise, especially when it includes long-lasting, strenuous training sessions, has about as much off an effect on depression as psychotherapy. Exercise helps you deal with stress in your job, relationships or any area of life ---- possibly because exercise is a form of stress itself and helps condition your body to deal with it. On the contrary, a state of physical and mental health allows you to take part in exercise comfortably and enjoyably so that it doesnt hurt, so that you can look forward it ,and feel good afterwards. This is a virtuous circle.Happiness3Almost all people even do exercise , but not all people can get a satisfactory results, because they do not have persistence. Sometimes people ask how to make success in life. I think the answer is persistence. If
