The New Labor Retirement Pension Plan will enable most employees to collect their pension fund when getting retired. The implementation of the new pension plan will affect the developing manpower dispatching industry. This paper reviewed regulations of the old and new pension programs. The findings indicated that there would be short-term positive effects for the development of manpower dispatching industry. However, since the new program has been implemented, companies should facilitate the labor dispatching advantage of lowering labor cost for their long-term operations.
