综合护理干预在小儿支气管炎护理中的应用价值探析 　　【摘要】 目的：探析综合护理干预在小儿支气管炎患儿临床护理中的应用效果。方法：从笔者所在医院2012年2月-2016年2月接诊的小儿支气管炎患儿中抽取90例进行研究，使用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。观察组患儿给予综合护理干预，对照组患儿给予常规护理措施，观察两组患儿家属对护理服务的满意度及临床效果。结果：经过护理后，观察组总有效率为95.56%，对照组总有效率为82.22%，差异有统计学意义。观察组护理总满意度明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论：在小儿支气管炎临床护理中应用综合护理干预，使得临床治疗效果得到显著提高，同时护理总满意度也得到提升，值得应用。 　　【关键词】 综合护理干预； 小儿支气管炎； 临床效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.15.030 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-680515-0055-02 　　Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Children with Bronchitis/ZHANG Xiao-ju.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15：55-56 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical nursing of children with bronchitis.Method：90 children with bronchitis were selected in the study from February 2012 to February 2016.The child patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The child patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention，and the control group was given routine care measures.The parents’satisfaction and clinical results on nursing care services of the two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%，and it was 82.22% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant.The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention in clinical nursing of pediatric bronchitis can make the clinical treatment effect significantly improved，while nursing satisfaction has also been improved.It is worth applying. 　　【Key words】 Comprehensive nursing intervention； Pediatric bronchitis； Clinical effect 　　First-authors address：The Affiliated Shifang Municipal Peoples Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College，Shifang 618400，China 　　在?R床中，小儿支气管炎是由于小儿免疫力低下，使得感染支原体，继而诱发呼吸道感染的疾病，其好发于春冬季节，常表现出咳嗽、食欲减退等临床症状，严重影响小儿的健康生长[1]。综合护理是一种以护理程序为
