试论章乃器的经济思想 内 容 摘 要 章乃器是中外知名的经济学家、著名的爱国民主人士。他 关心时局，忧国忧民。他深刻分析了当时中国农村经济破产、 货币金融系统紊乱的根本原因：帝国主义的侵略，封建土地所 有制及军阀割据存在,并对解决中国经济问题作了有益的探讨。 抗战时期，他把民族生存与独立放在第一位，积极投身民族抗 战，为政府财政献计献策，也对政府被动落后的财经政策提出 了尖锐批评，从而形成其独具特色的战时经济思想。新中国成 立后，章乃器积极参加新民主主义经济建设，支持中央政府统 一财政经济，主张私人银行钱庄转业，合理调整工商业，反对 投机活动；在当粮食部长期间，又提出一些有关粮食方面的经 济主张。章乃器的经济思想具有鲜明的特点，即：进步性、系 统性、前瞻性和以发展生产力为核心的经济发展观。 关键词：章乃器；经济思想；货币金融；抗战；特点 Exploratory Comment On Zhang Naiqi’s Economic Thoughts Abstract Zhang Naiqi, a well-known economist both home and abroad and democratic patriotic personage, paid special attention to current situations and worried for the fate of the country. He profoundly analyzed country economic depression and the disorder of financial currency at that time. Then he concluded that the essential reason for all those were imperial invasion, feudal land system and separatist warlord regimes. He also did some effective discussion on how to solve economic problem in China. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, he put national existence and independence on the primacy, resisted imperial invasion actively, offered suggestions on governmental finance, and also presented sharp criticism on backward, passive financial economic policy of the government. Through this, he formed peculiar and characteristic economic thoughts during the war time.
