Introduction简 介 扬州大学农业与农产品安全国际合作联合实验室成立于2013年6月。实验室秉承“创新驱动、国际合作、科教融合”的建设理念，依托扬州大学作物学、畜牧学、兽医学等特色优势学科，联合多所世界高水平科研机构和高校，强化体制机制、团队融合与资源共享的创新体系，围绕作物种质资源创新及利用、作物高效安全生产技术创新及应用、动物种质资源评价与创新利用、动物重要疫病和人兽共患病防控技术创新及应用、农业生态环境保护与农畜产品安全技术创新及应用等5个研究方向，汇聚国内外合作单位科技资源，开展农业与农产品安全领域交叉学科的基础理论和创新性研究，引领农业与农产品安全科技发展，为农业高效生产、农产品质量安全、农业生态安全、动物疫病和作物有害生物防控研究等提供新理论、新技术和新材料，打造农业与农产品安全领域国际科研平台和人才高地，培养具有国际视野的高层次人才，产生一批国际领先的原创性科研成果，最终建成具有一流科研队伍、一流实验环境、一流科研成果的开放式、国际化的联合实验室。 The Joint International Research Laboratory of Agriculture Agri-Product Safety, Yangzhou University (JIRLAAPS) was established in June 2013, aiming at being innovation-driven, internationalized and education-research active. Relying on the optimal integration of Yangzhou University’s National Key Disciplines of crop science, animal science and veterinary science with top foreign universities and research institutes, JIRLAAPS has indentified 5 research areas, namely Innovation and Utilization of Crop Germplasm Resources, Innovation and Application of Crop Efficient and Safe Production Technology, Evaluation and Innovative Use of Animal Germplasm Resources, Innovation and Application of Prevention and Control Technologies on Major Animal Diseases and Zoonosis as well Innovation and Application of Technologies for Agro-ecological Environment Protection and Safe Production of Agri-products. In collaboration with partners from both home and abroad, the Laboratory pools together scientific and technological resources, promotes fundamentals and breakthroughs in agriculture, agri-product and the liking domains and provides new theories, technologies and materials in the aforementioned 5 identified areas. JIRLAAPS is to grow into a true international laboratory that attracts first-class talents from the world, cultivates first-class personnel and incubates first-class original findings. 培 育 历 程Incubation Stage ( 探索阶段：专家间点对点合作（1902-2002） The exploring stage: collaboration between individual scientists at home and abroad (1902-2002) 11
