毕业设计（论文） 题 目： （中文） T T （英文） T 院 别： T 专 业： T 姓 名： T 学 号： T 指导教师： T 日 期： T 摘要 企业信息管理也出现了一个新局面，也进入了自动化,信息化的时代,因此企业人事管理系统便应运而生了。鉴于当前许多的人事管理还处于手工操作阶段，不仅效率低，而且由于繁琐和复杂常常出现问题.因此根据现在大多企业的需求，设计此企业人事管理系统，来帮助企业达到人事管理办公自动化、节约成本、提高企业工作效率的目的。本企业人事管理系统采用C/S结构，主要对企业员工的信息以及跟人事相关的工作流程进行集中的管理，方便企业建立一个完善的、强大的员工信息数据库。它是以VS2010和SQL 2008数据库作为开发平台。使用C# 设计操作控件和编写操作程序，完成数据输入、修改、存储、调用查询等功能；并使用SQL 2008数据库形成数据表，进行数据存储。 索引关键词 人事管理系统 C# SQL2008 ABSTRACT With the unprecedented development of Internet and the competitiveness of enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, enterprise information management also appeared in the a new situation, also entered the automation, the era of information, so enterprise personnel management system emerges with the tide of the times.
