摘 要 水性油墨作为一种新型包装印刷材料，其最大的优点是不含有挥发性有机溶剂ABSTRACT As a new printing material, the biggest advantage of the plastic of water-based gravure ink is it do not contain volatile organic solvents and do not pollute the environment, it will be a kind of printing ink which is environmentally-friendly and has a good market prospect. The quality of the printing ink quality is an important reference factor, which is closely associated with the ink performance. The plastic of water-based gravure ink was prepared by changing the pigment/resin ratios, the type of dilute resin, the proportion of alcohol and water, the total of alcohol and water. Though testing the ink of dispersion, surface tension, drying, adhesion, apparent performance and the qualities of proofs, such as color density, gloss, the affection of the pigment/resin ratios, the type of of dilute resin, the proportion of alcohol and water, the total of alcohol and water to ink performance and print quality were studied. Finally, the best formula is decided, and is tested on printing press. The results show that the affection of the pigment/resin ratios to ink performance and print quality is different. When the pigment/resin ratios is 2.:1, the ink of the dispersion and the printing performance and quality is best; the type of dilute resin, the proportion of alcohol and water, the total of alcohol and water was influential in ink performance and print quality. When Using S-2916-4-5, alcohol, which porportion is 25%, ink performance and print quality of the prepared ink is good.
