人才培养模式改革和开放教育 **广播电视大学本科毕业论文 *****酒店的物流改善与规划研究 作 者 专 业 工商管理 年 级 学 号 指导教师 答辩日期 成 绩 摘 要 随着近些年来旅游行业的蓬勃发展，连锁酒店已遍布全国各地，其中作为行业龙头的****新增分店数量尤为惊人。但是，由于国内物流水平的制约，酒店行业的物流还处于较低级的水准，物流发展的速度远远跟不上酒店发展的速度。随着时间的推移，传统的物流形式已经不再能满足现在酒店快速，准确，低成本的需求，因此，需要对酒店物流进行一部分的优化，以达到降低成本，提高效率，增加企业盈利的目的。 本文对*****连锁酒店进行调查研究，在获得真实可靠的数据的之后，重点是对其配送路径进行优化。配送线路安排的合理与否对配 送速度、成本、效益影响很大。正确合理地安排车辆的配送线路，实现合理的线路运输，可以有效地节约运输时间，增加车辆利用率，从而降低运输成本，提高企业经济效益与客户服务水平，使企业达到科学化的物流管理, 这也是企业提高自身竞争力的有效途径之一。 关键词：连锁酒店；配送；节约里程法 ABSTRACT With the vigorous development of the tourism industry in recent years, the hotel chain has been all over the country, including as an industry leading star of the jinjiang new branch number is staggering.
