摘 要 高压水射流喷丸强化工艺是近 30 年来迅猛发展起来的一项新技术。 加强水射流喷丸强化工艺的试验研究，对改善产品质量和提高零件使用寿 命都具有十分重要的意义。该课题是黑龙江省教育厅计划项 目 “前混合磨 料射流喷丸强化的研究”中涉及到的试验装置的设计，目的是解决被测试 件的装卡和 以一定的转速转动的问题。本研究主要是设计喷丸强化装夹装 置，针对试件装夹受力要求严格的问题，以弹性夹头和与试件间隙配合的 轴承为要点，对装置进行设计，同时，还进行了整体设计，通过比较分析 确定最佳设计方案。.  本文介绍了高压水射流喷丸强化技术的发展状况等，对 NGW 型行星 减速器进行了设计计算，并对带传动传动组件进行了选型。此外，还作了 经济技术分析。 该装夹装置具有结构简单、装夹方便、制造成本低等优点。 关键词 水射流 喷丸强化 弹性夹头 行星减速器 Abstract  The  craft  on water jet  shot peening  at high pressure has been  a new  technology  developed  rapidly  in  the  past  thirty  years.  It  is  an  extremely  important meaning for improving the quality of production and increasing the  service life of spare parts by way of strengthening experimental research of  water jet shot peening craft. The task is the design of test apparatus involved  in the planned item “the research of the pre­mixed abrasive jet shot peening”  of  the  Education  Department  of  Heilongjiang  province,  with  the  aim  of  solving the problem on installation and vise of specimen, as well as rotating at  a specified rotational speed .  The research mainly designs the chucking fixture of shot peening and in  allusion to the question that the force that the specimen undergoes has strict  restrictions when the specimen is in the course of operation, we take collet  and bearing as a bottom line to design chucking fixture, besides this bearing is  clearance  conjunction  with  the  specimen.  Moreover,  we  yet  carry  out  the  whole design. The optimal design scheme is confirmed by way of comparing  and analyzing several design schemes put forward.  This paper introduces the development  state  of water jet  shot peening  technology  at  high  pressure,  etc,  then  the  design  calculations  of  NGW  planet­gear  speed  reducer  and  the  selection  type  of  belt­driving  of  transmissi
