A memo is a hard-copy document. It is used for communicating inside an organization, usually short. A memo contains “to,” “from,” “date,” “subject,” “heading,” “message,” “complimentary,” and “signature” sections. 3.2 Business Memos 商务便函 A “to” section containing the name of the receiver. A “From” section containing the name of the sender. A “date” section. Make a distinction between the British and American date system, write the month as a word or an abbreviation. A Subject heading. It must be brief and clear. The message. It should contain the purpose of the memo, a problem and its solution. Memos Should Have Following Sections and Content: MEMO???????????????
