Urban and Rural Development Investment Co. Ltd of Honggu District, Lanzhou City was funded and established by both Honggu District People’s Government and Urban and Rural Development Investment Co. Ltd of Lanzhou City. The Investment Co. Ltd of Honggu is held by the Investment Co. Ltd of Lanzhou, but is a subsidiary of the Investment Co. Ltd of Lanzhou with independent legal personality. It is double lead by both Honggu District People’s Government and Urban and Rural Development Investment Co. Ltd of Lanzhou City.
The main responsibilities of the Investment Co. Ltd of Honggu are finance, investment, management and operation. It is mainly engaged in the business such as land reservation, construction of basic facilities in both urban and rural areas, development of public causes and relative national property operation, agricultural ecological construction, supporting industrial construction, small township construction, new village construction, tourism project construction and finance development as well as asset operation, etc.
The registered funds of the Co. Ltd were 30 million RMB Yuan, of which 14.70 million RMB Yuan estimated property was funded by Honggu District People’s Government in the form of the Water Supply Plant of the district, Heat Supply Management Agency of the district, Water Supply Plant of Huazhuang, accounting for 49% of registered funds; 15.30 million RMB Yuan was funded by the Investment Co. Ltd of Lanzhou in the form of the funds invested into the projects of the construction engineering in Honggu district, accounting for 51% of registered funds.
Urban and Rural Development Investment Co. Ltd of Honggu District, as a platform of finance and loan of Honggu District, fully played the role with the perfected and integrated structure of “loan, use, return”.
