商业楼结构设计 摘要 本设计题是苏建阳光新城扩初项目01幢商业楼。要求在给定建筑图和地质勘探报告的条件下，根据国家现行建筑、结构规范，进行计算设计，并绘制结构施工图。该商业楼为四层框架结构，总建筑面积4536平方米，建筑基底面积1134平方米，各层层高为4.5米，底层层高4.8米，总高19.5米。 本人东南大学结构工程专业研究生毕业，现在设计院从事设计工作，长期代做土木工程专业毕业设计，按照任务书的要求，按照老师的要求通过率百分百，（框架结构、框剪结构、剪力墙结构、砌体结构为主）主要包括建筑设计（建筑图）、结构设计（结构施工图、手算计算书、PKPM模型等）、施工组织设计，长期代做本科生课程设计（楼盖、厂房等），质量保证、价格面议，联系QQ?1085287324 结构设计 抗震设计 PKPM Abstract This construction design is the 01 commercial building of Sujian Sunshine New City in NanTong. According to its architectural designing and the report of geology surveying,Calculate and design the structure on the basis of the national current architectural and structure rule. This office building is a 4-floor reforced steel and concrete on-spot-poured frame system,the total area is 4536 square, the area of the first floor is 1134 square. The height of the second and the third floor is 4.5m, The height of the first floor is 4.8m, the total height is 19.5m. The purpose of the design is to do the anti-seismic design in the longitudinal frames of axis 5. When the directions of the frames is determined, firstly the weight of each floor is calculated .Then the vibrate cycle is calculated by utilizing the peak-displacement method, then making the amount of the horizontal seismic force can be got by way of the bottom-shear force method. The seismic force can be assigned according to the shearing stiffness of the frames of the different axis. Then the internal force (bending moment, shearing force and axial force ) in the structure under the horizontal loads can be easily calculated. After the determination of the internal force under the dead and live loads, the combination of internal force can be made by using the Excel software, whose purpose is to find one or several sets of the most adverse internal force of the wall limbs and the coterminous girders, which will be the basis of protracting the reinforcing drawings of the components. Thirdly, Use PKPM construction design software,design the whole building .
