试析民营企业国际化 ——以温州地区为例 学院名称： 商学院 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 班 级： 姓 名： 指导教师姓名： 指导教师职称： 二〇一三 年 六 月  试析民营企业的国际化经营 ——以温州地区为例 摘要：本论文主要以温州中小民营企业的国际化为研究主题，根据当前的现状，首先是对当前温州企业国际化发展状况进行了解概况，发现温州地区在国际化经营中，是以民营企业为主体，并且主要集中在在一些低廉的劳动力密集型行业如服装等行业，贸易方式主要是一般进出口为主，而在其加工贸易中主要又是以OEM为主。论文针对这些特征对温州民营企业在国际化过程中进行研究，并以此对温州民营经济国际化进行SWOT分析，发现温州民营企业在国际化中面临着缺少核心竞争力、企业融资困难，品牌树立意识不强等一系列的问题。本论文最后针对这些问题，挑战给予相关的建议对策。 关键词：温州 ；民营企业 ；国际化； SWOT分析；对策与建议 Analysis of the international operations of private enterprise ——the example of Wenzhou Abstract: In this thesis, mainly small and medium private enterprises in Wenzhou into the international research themes, based on the current situation, the first is the current status of international development Wenzhou enterprises to understand overview of the Wenzhou area found in the international operations, mainly in private enterprises and mainly at low labor-intensive industries such as lighters, glasses, clothing and other industries, mainly in general import and export, mainly for OEM.
