The information provided in accordance with the relevant professional can learn more about the project, the construction area of 11158.8 m squared, total building height of 56.7 m. Building the ground part of the 14th floor ,and the first layer’s height of 5.4 m , 2 to 3 layers’ height of 4.5 m, four layers to 13th each layers of 4.2 m, computer room layer of 3.3 m. According to the relevant design specifications, the project is divided into a high-rise. And the engineering structure type for the frame core tube structure, fire resistance rating for level 1. The building is one to three layers for medical and health care center, mainly including various clinic medical facilities such as housing, infusion hall, the operating room. More than four layers and office for the business part of the basic office and conference room. According to the characteristics and combined with the function of this project design specification and related the design experience of similar buildings in the design of the project mainly includes related heavy current and weak current system design. High voltage system mainly includes the power distribution system, lighting system, power system, lightning protection grounding system. Weak current system mainly includes automatic fire alarm system, security system and communication network system. This engineering design content to comply with relevant regulations, to ensure the safe operation of the electrical system for a long time.
