LIGHT GRAY SHIRT - MALE 1. PURPOSE 1.1. This Descriptive Memorandum defines the characteristics required for the acquisition of the light gray shirt – Pantone 16-3907TPX, male police uniform – and establishes the technical conditions for the acceptance of the same. 1.2. Get the shirt confectioned and presented in conditions similar or superior to the standard sample held by the Finance Sector of the CSM/MInt. 2. DESCRIPTION 2.1. Fit: sport shirt falling freely over the flanks, with 5 mm hem, open in the front along the whole extension, with a placket with 30 mm in width with double stitching, buttoned by an order of 05 buttons aesthetically distributed and with regular spacing between each other; 2.2. Neck (collar): sport, pre shrunken, with a double stitching with two wadding glued together (double layer), with a central opening of approximately 3 mm in one of the sides, for better fit of the collar, avoiding the same to be shrunken when folded; 2.2.1. The lapel, right below the neck, may not be backstitched; 2.3. Sleeves: Italian type, 40mm width hem with 2 backstitching; 2.4. Rear part: with double tab and straight, according to attached drawing; 2.5. Shoulder lapels: wadded and embedded in the sleeve stitching, measuring 120mm in length, 55 mm in the base and 50 mm in the edge, finishing in angle of 30 mm in the side, centered in the shoulder stitches; 2.6. Pockets: two rectangular ones, with male clasp with 30 mm in width, applied to each front side by the thorax, with rectangular wickets wadded and with vertical button holes by the center, the one by the left side should have pen opening (25 mm); the inferior sides of the pockets and the lashes should be in octaves, with reinforcement stitches in the opening for pen and in the wickets; dimensions are as follows: - from 36 to 44, 125 mm x 140 mm – wicket , 55 mm in width; - from 46 to 50, 130 mm x 145 mm – wicket , 60 mm in width; - from 52 to 56, 135 mm x 150 mm – wicket , 65 mm in width; 2.6.1. the
