12. 违纪处理 Procedures for Rule Violations 12.1 员工违纪,根据情节轻重按程序分别给与其不同的处理,并记入员工档案。 Depending on the severity of the rule violation, there are different procedures for dealing with employees rule violations, and of recording them in the employees personal files. 12.2 违纪处理分为:口头警告、书面警告、解除劳动合同。 The different procedures for rule violations are: verbal warning, written warning and termination of labour contract. 12.3 口头警告:Verbal warning: 当员工初次犯有下列较小的过错时,将会受到口头警告处分,并给以0--50 元的经济处罚, 口头警告由员工所在部门负责人行使,书面确认的材料由人力资源部保存(具体表格见附 件),所在部门保留复印件。如果员工在受到口头警告后的三个月内(考察其)没有犯任 何过错,这个口头警告将被自动撤销。 If an employee commits one of the following minor rule violations for the first time, he or she will receive a verbal warning and a fine of 0 to 50 RMB. The department in which the employee works carries out this punishment and fills in the disciplinary warning report form, which is submitted to the HR Dept and a copy kept by the relevant department. If the employee does not violate any other rules within three months after the verbal warning (inspection period), then the warning is cancelled automatically. 较小的过错是指:The following are minor violations of the rules: a) 迟到、早退、短时脱岗、串岗(少于一小时); Being late for work, going home early, leaving the workplace during working hours, private chats with colleagues in other departments during working hours (all for less than one hour); b) 开始办公后超过1 小时报到工作、下班超过1 小时提前离岗或脱岗(1-4 小时)被计为4 小时缺勤(经济处罚加上扣半天工资); Being late for work, going home early or leaving the workplace for more than one hour (but less then four hours) is regarded as missing from work for four hours (in addition to the fine, half a days wages/salary will be deducted). c) 违反公司卫生条例,未能保持公司清洁的卫生环境,乱扔垃圾,随地吐痰; Violation of the companys hygiene standards, not keeping the company environment hygienic clean, littering or spitting; d) 当班时,没有穿适当的工作服或没有佩戴上岗牌; Not wearing the proper work clothes or the ID badge during working hours; e) 工作时间做与工作无关的事; Doing things unrelated to work during working hours; f) 在工作中不能与他人合作,对公司的运作
