八角茴香化学成分的研究 阳小勇1 刘红星2 黄初升2 (1.临沧师范高等专科学校 数理系 , 临沧 云南 677000；2.广西师范学院 化学系 , 南宁 广西 530001） 摘要：本文报道了广西八角茴香中的7个化合物。提取方法为：原料采用甲醇渗漉提取得浸膏，浸膏经乙酸乙酯萃取，萃取部分经硅胶层析法及重结晶法纯化得单体化合物。所得化合物根据其理化性质及1HNMR、13C-NMR、EI/MS、IR鉴定为：莽草酸、莽草酸甲酯、原儿茶酸、槲皮素、4-羟苯基-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖苷、槲皮素-5-O-β-D- 吡喃葡萄糖苷、厚朴酚。其中4-羟苯基-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖苷首次从八角科植物中分离得到，槲皮素-5-O-β-D- 吡喃葡萄糖苷和厚朴酚首次从八角茴香中分离得到。 关键词： 八角茴香；化合物；分离 中图分类号：O657.61；Q 949.321 文献标识码：A Studies on chemical components of Illicium verum Hook.f. And the extraction method is as follows: Extractum was abtained from raw material by the way of seeping with Methanol,after Extractum was extracted with ethyl acetate,then monomeric compounds were abtained by the method of the Silicagel chromatography and recrystallization from the part of extracts of ethyl acetate. The chemical structure of seven compounds were confirmed as shikimic acid,shikimic acid methyl ester,protocatecheuic acid,quercetin,4-hydroxy phenyl-beta-d-glucopyrano-side,quercetin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,magnolol accord ing to the grap of 1HNMR、13C-NMR、EI/MS、IR and physical and chemical properties . Among them, 4-hydroxyphenyl -beta-d-glucopy ranoside was found in the Illiciaceae at first, quercetin-5-O-β-D -glucopyranoside and magnolol were isolated at first in the Illicium verum Hook.f.
