中小企业融资风险分析和防范对策 赵小提 摘 要:随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入，很多中小企业由于面临着自身实力薄弱、资金不充足、在市场运作中应变能力差等原因，而开始发生了深刻的变化，从而导致企业经营面临着更大的市场风险，因此企业迫切需要加强经营管理理念。对于现今生存在市场经济环境下的各个企业而言，各种财务危机时刻影响着企业的经营活动，故应该注意分析风险、防范风险，充分利用自身内部环境来适应外部环境，增强风险意识，运用财务核心指标来衡量企业财务状况，建立健全内部控制制度，规避财务风险，防范财务危机的发生，以便更好地为实现企业目标而奋斗。但是随着市场竞争日趋激烈，财务风险也越来越受到企业的重视。本文在分析了财务风险的内涵、特征以及成因的基础上，提出了企业财务风险的防范对策，以期对中小企业更好的实现企业经济效益和利润目标提供帮助。 关键词:企业 财务风险 成因 防范对策 Financing Risk Analysis and Countermeasures of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Zhao Xiaoti Abstract： With the gradual deepening of Chinas economic reform , many SMEs in the face of its own strength is weak, the funds are not sufficient , in the operation of the market because of poor adaptability and the beginning of a profound change , resulting in more business facing large market risk , and therefore an urgent need to strengthen enterprise management philosophy. For now survive in a market economy environment in various enterprises, the financial crisis affecting various business activities . Therefore, we should pay attention to risk analysis , risk prevention , full use of its internal environment to adapt to the external environment , enhance risk awareness , the use of financial indicators to measure the core financial situation of enterprises , establish a sound internal control system , to avoid financial risks , prevent financial crises , in order to better achieve business goal. But with the increasingly fierce market competition , the financial risk is also growing importance in enterprises . This paper analyzes the connotation of financial risk on the basis of the characteristics and causes of proposed preventive measures financial risk in order to achieve better economic efficiency of SMEs and profit goals to help.
