2016年南京市居民健康素养调查结果 胡鸿宝苟莉莉石呈黄芩黄永康李金山 南京市疾病预防控制中心健康教育科 目的了解南京市居民的健康素养水平，为制定居民健康素养干预规划提供科学 依据。方法采取多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法，抽取全市12个区63个街道126 个社委会1569岁城乡常住居民9 234人，采用2016年度《全国居民健康素养监 测调査问卷》进行调奔。结果南京市居民健康素养知识知晓率为20. 45% (1 697)， 具备健康基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能素养的人口比例分别 为 25. 52% (2 084)、25. 95% (2 252)和 29. 93% (2 455)。健康素养具备情况 在城乡、性别、年龄、学历、职业方面的差异有统计学意义(x2=160. 836、5. 639、 292.395、644.417、457.834,均P0. 01)。结论南京市居民健康素养水平较 低，应采取有效措施，针对不同人群实施干预，努力提高其健康素养水平。 关键词： 健康教育;健康素奍;馳 Results of health literacy investigation among residents in Nanjing City in 2016 HU Hong-bao GOU Li-li SHI Cheng HUANG Qin HUANG Yong-kang LI Jin-shan Department of Health Education， Nanjing Center for Disease Control and Prevention: Abstract： [Objective]To understand the level of health literacy of residents in Nanjing, and provide the scientific basis for the intervention programs of health literacy. [Methods]By multistage stratified random cluster sampling method, 9 234 residents of 15-69 years old were selected from 126 community residents committees of 63 streets in 12 districts, and the 2016 “Chinese Residents Health Literacy Questionnaire” was adopted for investigation. [Results] The awareness rate of health literacy knowledge among residents in Nanjing was 20. 45% (1 697) . The proportions of having health knowledge and concept, health lifestyle and behaviors, and health skill were 25. 52% (2 084) , 25. 95% (2 252) and 29. 93% (2 455) respectively. The differences of holding rate of health literacy of residents in urban or rural, with different gender, age, education background and occupation were statistically significant (x2 =160.836, 5.639, 292.395, 644.417, 457.834, all P 0. 01) . [Conclusion] The level of health literacy of residents in Nanjing is lower. Effective measures should be taken according to the different groups for intervention to improve their health literacy level.
