Taking He-Ning high-speed railway as an example, the paper adopted the data of 2005-2014 from the cities along He-Ning high-speed railway in Anhui province and carried on the empirical analysis on the impacts of high speed railway on the productivity layout from five aspects, the economic aggregate and growth pattern, the change of flow along the urban population, industrial structure, circulation of commodities, and tourism resources development. The results showed that He~Ning high-speed rail， to a certain extent, further promoted the layout of productive forces of cities along the route in Anhui province. This study provided empirical evident that the new high-speed railway has the influence on the layout of regional productivity. Keyword： lle-Ning high-speed railway; Anhui province; productivity layout; 一、引言 对生产力布局的早期研宄要追溯到20世纪上半叶，主要有杜能的农业区位论， 韦伯的工业区位论，克里斯泰勒以商业为主的屮心地理论，廖什的区位经济论。 随着高铁的修建，部分学者开始研宄高铁对沿线区域经济发展的影响，主要关 注高铁建成后所产生的经济效益。我W学者在引进、学习国外生产力布局理论的 基础上，针对中国国情，先后提出了点一轴空间系统理论、空间均衡理论等。此 外，国务院发展研宄中心“区域协调发展和优化全国生产力布局”课题组先后 对生产力布局的内涵及我国生产力布局存在的问题、原因、优化措施等进行了系 列研宂［1-3］。而目前围绕高铁的相关研宂成果还不多，在高铁对沿线区域旅游 产业［4-5］、区域空间结构［6-7］、区域城镇体系问题研宄中少量涉及到生 产力布局的研究。近几年来，我国高铁建设获得快速发展，在这样的大背景下， 安徽作为中国高铁最密集的省份之一，自2008年第一条合宁客专动车开通，合 武、京沪、合蛙高铁、合福、宁安相继通车，安徽省成为全国重要的铁路枢纽，而 目前围绕高铁建设对安徽沿线区域生产力布局的实证研宄还较少。本文拟以合宁 高铁为例，运用合宁高铁安
