《国际化进程中我国中小企业人力资源战略管理研究》摘 要21 世纪的世界经济正在经历着巨大的变化，经济全球化和经济信息化已经成为世界经济发展的重要趋势，中国的企业不可避免地被推向全球的经济架构中。入世为我国企业在 21 世纪的发展提供了一个良好的开端，使我国的企业实现了在更大范围内参与国际间的竞争与合作，加快了我国融入经济全球化大潮的步伐，意味着中国的市场竞争真正与世界市场相接轨。一方面，我国的经济总量、GDP、对外贸易、外商投资和就业水平等诸多方面都会有所提高，但是另一方面我们也要清醒地认识到，在全球化的竞争中我国的企业面临的并不全都是机遇，因为绝对的机遇是不存在的，任何机遇都伴随着严峻的挑战。随着我国加入世贸组织以及对外开放的进一步深人，国外拥有先进技术和管理经验的企业会更多的涌入中国市场参与竞争，国内企业面临着更加复杂的竞争环境。21 世纪国际竞争的白热化对于在资金、技术各方面都不占有优势，人力资源管理又相对落后的国内中小企业来说，已经对其生存及发展构成严重威胁，中小企业的处境不容乐观。他们不但要克服自身的缺陷和不足，与国内大型企业之间进行竞争，还要迎接来自全球范围内的更大挑战。关键词：中小企业；国际化进程；人力资源管理AbstractThe 21st century world economics were experiencing the huge change， the economical globalization and the economic information already become the world economics development the important tendency， Chinas enterprise inevitably are pushed to in the global economical overhead construction.
