我国农村剩余劳动力的转移问题研究毕业论文精选.docx

摘要我国是一个人口大国，有接近一半的农村人口，“三农”问题成为全面建设小康社会的重点和难点，也是全党和全国人民关注的焦点。而农民问题又是“三农”问题的核心，主要表现为农村人口数量多以及大量农村剩余劳动力问题，研究如何解决农村剩余劳动力的问题将为推进“三农”问题的解决找到一条适合我国工业化时代特征的有益思路。因此，本文对农村剩余劳动力展开全方面、多方位、系统性的研究，争取为解决我国农村剩余劳动力的问题与对策做出补充。首先，文章对农村剩余劳动力的相关概念进行了界定；其次对关于农村剩余劳动力转移的国内外相关理论研究进行了梳理与总结；然后，结合我国的实际情况，分析了我国农村剩余劳动力转移的现状与特征；最后根据上述分析研究，对我国农村剩余劳动力的可持续转移从制度层面、农村科技进步层面以及劳动力自身素质层面给出了合理的政策建议。关键词：农村剩余劳动力；劳动力转移；转移模式；转移特征The Research on the Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor in ChinaAbstract:China is a country with a large population, nearly half of the rural. “ The three issues “ has become center of building a well-off society, also the focus of the party and the people. The peasant problem is the core of three rural issues, which is characterized by the large rural population and surplus labor force.To study how to solve the problem of rural surplus labor force will promote the three rural issuesand help we find a suitable industrial way for China.
