摘 要 近些年来，随着信息技术的快速发展以及网络在世界范围内的普及，人们的许多生活方式正在发生深刻的变化。信息技术开始变得越来越重要，人们的生活已经逐渐离不开信息技术。另一方面，信息时代也是知识爆炸的时代，传统的企业培训方式存在知识资源分布不均、传播速度缓慢等弊端，一些企业还需要将员工跨省市集合在一起，尤其浪费人力物力。在这样时代发展的背景下，企业培训模式已经逐渐转变为网络培训。 网络培训是一种远程教育模式，它以计算机和网络为实现的媒介，建设一个虚拟课堂，使线下的教育资源可以在线上分享。企业在线培训管理系统是基于J2EE框架设计开发的，系统采用B/S模式，并采用了三层架构体系。在研究了国内外发展情况的基础上，对系统的功能需求和性能需求做出分析，也从用户角度出发得到了用户用例分析，然后对系统的功能模块做出划分。具体说来，一个企业在线培训管理系统必须具有学习管理、资源库、教学管理、考试管理、信息交流功能、系统管理等功能。从系统的功能需求出发，企业在线培训管理系统采用模块化的方法对系统进行设计和实现。系统功能不仅需要一个合理的设计，除此之外，还必须具有良好的性能。将在最后对系统进行测试，以保证系统能正确流畅的运行，也对系统的安全性能作测试，以查漏补缺的方法对系统进行完善。 系统顺利完成了企业培训管理的关键功能，达到了最初的设计需求。相比传统培训节约人力以及资源。节约了企业开销，解决了培训老师出题和改卷这些繁琐的考务事项，实现了网络在线培训在线考试。一个简洁易使用的培训管理系统也将从一方面促进企业发展。 关键词：虚拟课堂 J2EE技术 培训管理 远程教育 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of the network in the world, peoples lifestyles are changing profoundly.
