中小企业成本控制路径分析 —以深圳市设计装饰工程公司为例 摘 要 在现有经济体制中，中小企业的发展势头及发展规模已经成为了中国经济发展中不容忽视的力量，而如何开发新产品并不断开拓、占领市场也成为了中小企业管理者与经营者密切关注的问题。除了开拓市场以外，通过降低企业成本也可以为企业带来更大的利润空间。本文通过分析企业成本的各项组成因素，结合深圳市装饰工程公司，找出公司存在的问题并结合企业生命周期提出企业成本控制方法，为降低企业成本提出合理化的建议。 本文以深圳市设计装饰工程公司为例，将采用文献索引法、实地调研法与访谈调查法来研究企业成本控制问题，并结合自己的理论知识，为公司未来的发展提出有建设性的建议和意见。 关键词：成本控制 路径 企业成本  Small and medium-sized enterprise cost control path analysist —— design of shenzhen decoration engineering company, for example Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises has become Chinas economic development cannot be ignored in the power, and how to develop and constantly develop new products and occupy the market has become the small and medium-sized enterprise operators pay close attention to the problem.
