遥控式负载保护器 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展，国家建设规模的不断扩大，社会用电量日益增加，电力事业的飞速发展，安全用电这一课题显得格外重要。低压电网的触电、漏电保护已经引起我国各用电部分及劳动保护部分的高度重视，安全用电意识在人们心中越来越重要，人们渐渐有意识地使用功能越来越强大的负载保护装置来对电能的使用进行有效地实时监控和限制。该文介绍了一种具有实现家庭电路过流和过功率保护，在家庭电路短路和过负载的情况下实现自动断电保护的智能家用多功能用电保护装置。装置设计是基于AT89S52控制系统，包括传感器模块、放大模块、峰值检测模块、显示模块、AD转换模块等。干路大电流通过电流互感器STC211FK能够转换成小电流输出，经过精密运放OP07转换成电压信号，然后又通过检波电路进行峰值检测，再由ADC0809采样输出稳定值，经过软件计算可得到精确地电流、功率，从而实现过载、短路，触、漏电的保护；本设计还加入了可燃气体敏感元件MQ-2，用于感应可燃气体，直接给单片机传送信号，最后单片机通过对继电器的控制来控制干路电流。具有价格便宜、使用方便、性能可靠、功率可控等优点。 关键词：负载保护器；多功能；智能； Abstract Along with the rapid development of the economy and the expansion of the construction size of the country, the power consumption is increasing in society. Moreover, the rapid development of electric power industry makes the subject of safety electricity very important. Low voltage power grid of electric shock and leakage protection in China have caused of the attention of the power of the electricity and labor protection part, therefore, safety consciousness in peoples hearts is more and more important. As people become more conscious to use more powerful protection device of power for applying the electricity to the use of real-time monitoring and effectively limit. This paper introduces a kind of the intelligent home multi-function electric protection device that can make the circuit of passing electricity flow and power protected and realized the automatic electricity protective under the condition of a short circuit and the load in the family circuit. This equipment design is based on the integrated circuit AT89S52 control systems, including sensor module, amplifier module, peak detection module, AD conversion module.
