AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF UNIMPROVED LAND THIS AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE OF UNIMPROVED LAND (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (hereinafter defined) by and between a (“Seller”), and , a , and/or assigns (“Purchaser”).
